Virtual Private Group Tours
Planning a remote field trip, holiday party, staff event, or family celebration? Now your group can enjoy the excitement of visiting Carnegie Hall with a private virtual tour.
Uncover Hall secrets, answer fun trivia questions, and virtually walk through parts of the building not usually open to in-person tours or to the public. This includes virtually visiting several backstage and onstage areas.
Programs are approximately 45-minutes in length via Zoom and designed for up to 290 participants. Tours may be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM (Eastern). Programs may be scheduled outside these times, pending staff availability.
Tours may be requested up to four months in advance. Please be advised that when submitting a tour request, it does not serve as a confirmation for your tour. We will need to confirm tour date availability and staffing before proceeding with the booking.
Once a tour is confirmed, full payment must be received at least seven days before the tour. Refunds are not available if the group cancels within seven days of the tour date.
